Delivery Charges
- Orders over $99 are not subject to any fees. Federal Workwear charges a flat rate of $11.00 (inclusive of GST) per order under $100 for deliveries Australia wide. If not all items are available for the first delivery, second and subsequent deliveries are delivered free of charge. We use Australia Post eParcel service for all our shipping. You will receive an email confirmation once your item has been shipped with all tracking information.
Orders & Delivery
- All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Federal Workwear. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and unless expressly shown otherwise, include GST.
- Federal Workwear may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by Federal Workwear or its suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you, the buyer. If Federal Workwear requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to Federal Workwear, within seven days of your being informed of the price increase.
- Federal Workwear will confirm your order by telephone, facsimile or other means and will seek payment from you prior to supply of the goods or further work being carried out upon the goods, (such as embroidery or screen printing) unless you have approved credit facilities with Federal Workwear or Federal Workwear agrees to establish a credit facility for you.
- Federal Workwear or its agent will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, within a reasonable time frame, subject to availability. Where the goods are not available, you will be notified by Federal Workwear as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Federal Workwear to be authorised to receive the goods.
- The risk in the goods supplied by Federal Workwear to the buyer, shall pass to the buyer upon delivery by Federal Workwear or its agent, however the ownership of them shall not pass to the buyer until the buyer has discharged all obligations to Federal Workwear, in relation to the goods.
Returns & Refunds
- Goods supplied in accordance with the buyer’s order can only be returned with prior authorisation from Federal Workwear. Contact us by email or Phone first to request a Return Authority ( RA ). Email info@federalworkwear.com.au or call (02) 9700 7909. Goods that have been embroidered, screen-printed or otherwise altered are not returnable. Goods returned must be in original condition. For Shoes and boxed items the box is considered part of the item and must not show any evidence of wear. Shoes and boxes showing signs of wear or having been worn will not be accepted for return.
- Where goods have not been supplied as ordered or are faulty, Federal Workwear will either refund in full or replace the items in question at its discretion. Incorrectly supplied goods must be brought to Federal Workwear’s attention within seven days of the goods being delivered, and must be returned in a condition fit for resale. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving the item. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used to make the original purchase, excluding any shipping fees.
